Alight Solutions is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor Entry (English and Italian Speaker) located in Krakow, Poland.

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Customer Service Delivery business group within Alight Solutions.

 

About the Role

 

Your Impact as A Customer Service Advisor Entry (English and Italian Speaker)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing telephone and email support for the employees of our clients who contact us with questions about HR procedures or their employment benefits;
  • Explaining how to use the online HR system;
  • Investigating more complex cases;


You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

 

Required Experience:

  • Excellent English – C1 minimum;
  • Fluency in Italian  – C1 minimum;
  • Adaptability – you can switch priorities quickly when things change and focus on new goals;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Education:

  • High School Diploma required
